Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free unless a different charge is clearly displayed at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing. Estimated delivery is generally 5–11 business days after processing. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, inventory availability, or an incorrect delivery address.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after the order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin updating.

Address changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact l_euceda@hotmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photos. If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier, then contact us for assistance.
